APDI Group and its partners are continuously working on new projects, ideas and initiatives. With projects in three continents and with the participation of entities from up to 15 countries, APDI Group and its partners develop projects in the social, technological, educational or management fields.
Some of the projects being implemented;
MEDIA, RELIABLE INFORMATION AND DEAF PEOPLE IN EUROPE 2020
Almost all members are partners of the APDI Group (Spanish National Confederation of the Deaf (CNSE), FUITEC, the Croatian Deaf and Hard of Hearing Association (HSGN), the Lithuanian Deaf Association (LKD)) as well as the UK Bee Media Network.
The aim of this project is to promote spaces for communication and access to information in real time in their natural language, sign language. Furthermore, this group will be the protagonist since what we want is that deaf people will be the protagonists of the translation of this information live, so it will also be a space of employability and development for them. With the project, deaf people in Spain, Croatia and Lithuania have the same access to information as the rest of society, as well as opportunities for employability.
MASTER'S DEGREE IN PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION
The Master in Pedagogical Skills and Educational Innovation is a project of FFE, in collaboration with UNIR, and was designed as a support and development measure for Central America and more specifically Honduras. The idea is to support the gbae sector for the future development of a country, the education sector, and is aimed at teachers in any area of knowledge who are developing or wish to develop their professional career as teachers, and want to deepen their pedagogical, didactic and methodological foundations in order to carry out their work with criteria of quality, efficiency, involvement and professionalism.
To train teachers committed to personalized education and tutorial action, innovative in the use of methodologies, capable of making a reflexive and personal analysis about the educational process and all the elements that intervene in it, contextualized in their social, cultural and temporal environment, that they can project in their teaching activity and revert positively to their students and the educational system in general.
Project in which FUITEC and the Municipality of Purchena participate, as well as the Network of Solidarity Municipalities (RECOSOL. Italy), the Association of Research and Education of Capadoccia (CERA, Turkey), the European Institute of Local Development of Greece and the Municipality of Lousada (Portugal).
The project aims to improve the awareness and training of citizens who lead politically, socially, culturally or economically in the various rural communities and small municipalities to become local leaders of social innovation in rural areas, involving local companies, civil society organisations, labour market actors and service providers at critical times and following the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDAs).
ENGLISH FOR SENIOR, PRACTICING ENGLISH WITH MONTESSORI METHOD
Led by Europe For All from Italy, APDI Group participates together with Osmaniye Il Milli Egitim Mudurlugu (Turkey), Fundacja Instytut Badan I Innowacji WedukacJI from Poland, Learnmera Oy from Finland and Volkshochschule Pforzheim-Enzkreis in Germany.
This project aims to achieve many results from a simple sentence: The elderly have much more to do and know than you think! Our long-term goal is to build bridges through older people in different European countries. The crucial point is to experiment with English, to use it to communicate and not just to teach it in the traditional theoretical way.
BRINGING STEM INTO ACTIVE AGING
Led by WYZSZA SZKOLA EKONOMII I INNOWACJI (WSEI) University in Poland, with FFE in Spain together with Mine Vaganti NGO and System Dynamics Italian Chapter in Italy and Horizont Proconsult Eood in Bulgaria.
"BRinging STEM into Active agINg" (BRAIN) is a Strategic Partnership whose objective is to train scientific researchers to transmit scientific knowledge and skills to older adults, involving them in a process of active ageing and assuming an active educational role towards their peers and other population groups to foster their social inclusion.
INTEGRATION OF DIVERSITY AND SOCIAL INCLUSION
Led by CREATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMMES LTD, from the UK, it has FUITEC and Growth Coop from Spain, European Education & Learning Institute from Greece, Fundacja Diversity Hub from Poland and Avensa Consulting from Romania.
This project has a clear and concise objective; To expand and develop the skills of trainers of trainers, educators and other adult learner support staff, in order to promote the integration of diversity and social inclusion of the most disadvantaged and low skilled learners. The aim is to improve teaching methods and tools through the effective use of innovative solutions and digital technologies.
