The Granada-based firm APDI Group will sponsor the Granada International Job Fair for another year. which will be held on April 23rd at the Granada Conference Centre. Its CEO, Juan Antonio Rosado, explained that the company's presence will be dedicated—while still covering all its areas of operation—to the culture and communication. In both sectors, APDI Group is experiencing significant growth In recent months, this stems from their corporate social responsibility. Rosado has confirmed that their presence at the fair is motivated by the company's concrete short-term growth plans, which now have nearly fifty employees.

The fair, organized by the University of Granada, the Andalusian Employment Service, the Granada City Council, the Granada Provincial Council, and the Granada Chamber of Commerce, will be open continuously from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The last edition produced figures that speak for themselves: more than 94 exhibitors, nearly 7,500 visitors and over 42,000 interactions between job seekers and participating companies.

APDI Group has participated in three editions and the results have been good enough to repeat, as Rosado explained. The trade fair has been directly related to the company's expansion from four to six operational departments., as also revealed by its CEO on the program “La Placeta” of TG7, the municipal television of Granada.

A purely Granada-based company

APDI Group was founded eight years ago in the Albayzín district of Granada and today operates from its Offices on Calle Cárcel Baja, in the shadow of the Cathedral, with headquarters also in Albuñol and Baena (Córdoba).

The company, led by Juan Antonio Rosado and Ana Polo, works in the creation and management of national and international projects financed with European funds; training —it has, for example, a digital skills training program underway for 30,000 Romanian public employees—; International mobility through Erasmus+ programs; digitalization; strategic consulting; and, increasingly, communication and culture.

Their philosophy is based on a distinction they frequently repeat: They're not looking for clients, they're looking for partners; "people to work side by side with, "From identifying the need to the final justification of the project." This way of understanding the business has led them to become a benchmark in the field of international development from Granada.

In another edition of the same TG7 program, Noelia Zuheros, employee of the Communication and Marketing Department of APDI Group, He explained how he came to the company, precisely thanks to the 2025 Job Fair.:

New participation in the fair

There is something that Rosado particularly values about this format of the fair, which partly explains the insistence on repeating. Those who approach the APDI Group stand at the Conference Center usually do so because they already know what the company is and what it does. That makes a difference when it comes to adding someone to the team.

The objective of APDI Group's presence at the fair is to to foster a genuine connection with job seekers, “Offering,” Rosado assures, “not only a place to work but also to foster a life with a purpose.” And all of this in accordance with the company’s principles:“Transparency, honesty, and clarity are, in the end, the key to success.”.

To capture the attention of attendees, the consulting firm will display posters and presentations focused on its projects linked to European funds —the line that has most driven the company's growth in recent years— and the aforementioned areas of culture and communication. The APDI Group stand will be located in the entrance area of the exhibition venue.
